The dotted lines mark the roof overhang. Additional Note: If the floor frame is laid directly on a gravel base (approx. 10 cm gravel, without foundation or slabs), ground anchors are required for securing to the ground. Storm resistance must be ensured by the customer. For size HS, H: 8 pcs. in total; for size H2, H3: 10 pcs. in total; for size H4, H5, H6: 12 pcs. in total are necessary. Optional Features Double Doors (Left door wing added to the standard door) The addition of a left door wing to your garden shed increases accessibility and allows larger equipment to be stored inside. The 2nd door is fitted with a door-locking mechanism and gas-assisted spring damper. For she size H2 the 2nd door must be fitted into the longer wall. Side Door (for installation in side wall with stainless steel door handles) To allow access to your garden shed from two sides, install an extra door on the side wall. Included in the delivery are stainless steel door handles, 3-way locking mechanism, a gas-assisted spring damper, hinges, 2 tool holders, doorposts and all attaching parts required. The door opens only on the right side. Standard Equipment Included Stainless Steel Door Handles and Fittings A 3-way locking mechanism including a cylinder lock prevents unwanted entry. The door construction is particularly sturdy and secure. Gas Assisted Spring Damper – Not only provides welcome assistance when opening and closing doors but also holds the door firmly in position Gutter with integrated trap with connector provided for 1″ hose. Ventilation slots ensure adequate air circulation Acrylic Glass Fanlight – An integrated acrylic skylight fitted on all sides provides ample light inside Roof Insulation – The Highline is already prepared to allow for easy installation of polystyrene panels (3cm thick) to insulate the roof if required Shelf set / Support Rails – 2 Shelves, 4 brackets, and 2 support rails are included as standard Tool hangers – 4 tool hangers are included as standard to hang spades, rakes, garden hoses, and other tools Tool holders – 2 tool holders are included as standard and can be fitted to the inside of the doors. a maximum of 5 tool holders can be fitted to one door.
