Electronically by attaching a pre-saved file in a .pdf format (or comparable format) to the course data entry on LifeForce USA’s portal on the Training Center Technologies website. This can be done when asked to attached any external files before completing the submission of the course entry; or 2. Mail the course roster and summary evaluation to LifeForce USA at 5 Roe Lane, Howell, NJ 07731. When you submit electronically You do not have to mail any paperwork to LifeForce USA, as long as all necessary paperwork is attached. Please enter “paperwork attached” in the Course Location field of Training Center Manager when entering the data from a course.
