Functionalities Baking instructions: Preheat the baking tray briefly over low heat 2. Apply enough oil or butter to the plate using kitchen paper and let it get hot 3. Place the food on the plate without stirring or spatula – it may initially stick 4. As the food is cooked, it will release by itself 5. Turn or stir the food and cook the other side until it releases 6. Do not heat the plates without contents and avoid rinsing with cold water when the plate is still hot.
